Genesis 3:8 (or, A Story of Unconditional Love)

Firstly, I’m sorry if this is sacrilege… I felt moved to write this. Second, I’m also sorry I used the new bible the girls from ‘small group’ gave me, it’s not the one I’m used to.

8 As Adam took his last bite, he heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the evening, and recognized the footsteps of his father. And so the man hid himself from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden which the LORD God had given him.
9 But the LORD God, in His manhood, not knowing that Adam was hidden, called out to Himself and said out loud to Himself, "That is straight up the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden."
10 Being recognized by the Father, showing himself in his nakedness, Adam said, "I saw you enter unto the garden, and I was afraid, being only in my boxers, I hid myself."
11 He said, "What are you doing?" and He sat in the garden upon Adam's thrown, lowering Himself down into it, and said "Come here".
12 And He called then upon Adam to sit on his father's knee. And He did not cast Adam out of the garden. And He did not punish Adam at all, actually. He spoke, then, to Adam, about honesty, and about how important it is to maintain that relationship of open communication with your children. And about how Adam, being the first, should have known not to fear his father. He said "You have not disappointed me."
13 And Adam felt, for the first real true time in his life, unconditional love. And only then did he come to understand the words of the father, who said "You can't even imagine just how much I love you. There is nothing you could ever do that would make me love you less."

He was right, she couldn't even imagine.
